My history with yoga goes back to college. My first yoga instructor shared the foundations of ashtanga and vinyasa, as he wove the importance of the breath to body link throughout each class.

Upon arriving in Nashville in 2010, I quickly began playing music, touring the country and the world. With an intense travel schedule and the stress of life on the road, I turned to my yoga practice in order to stay grounded and healthy. I decided to deepen my practice in 2015, studying with Saul David Raye and Raquel Bueno.

Now, I teach yoga for musicians, sun and moon flow, hatha vinyasa, restorative classes, family and private lessons in Nashville. In addition to my interest in the ancient art of yoga, I explore more modern practices like acro yoga and Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga. I love the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic effects of practicing and teaching yoga, and believe in the power and beauty of each conscious breath.
